The Maryland Highway Safety Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A copy of the Foundation’s financial statement is available upon written request. Documents filed in accordance with the Maryland Charitable Organization Solicitations Act may be obtained from the Maryland Secretary of State. All contributions to the Foundation are 100% tax deductible.
